Shipping policy

• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your order has been completed, you will receive your shipment tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for packing and shipping.

 PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ADVENTURE ZONE ORDERS 

• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order, then an additional 3-5 business days for packing and shipping.  

  ***Custom Orders*** Please note that the processing time for all custom orders will start once we receive your response to our Adventure Survey. If we do not receive your custom Adventure Zones through our Adventure Survey, we cannot complete your Adventure Board.

  All custom/personalized Adventure Boards are created to order, with special time and attention given to each one.

 WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

• $15 flat rate shipping for all orders under $100 within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Free shipping* for all order $100 and over within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). *Valid for orders over $100 after any discounts, coupons or promotions are applied.

 OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US (including Alaska and Hawaii)

•  Responsible for paying additional shipping costs, no matter what the order total is.  Shipping cost is calculated and provided during check out.
