All Adventure Boards are made to order, so WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROCESS REFUNDS AT THIS TIME. However, we do take pride in our products and guarantee it will arrive ready for you to enjoy. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us the same day at orders@ourframedadventures.com. Please include your order number and images of the damaged shipping material and product. We will send you a return shipping label and get another board out to you as soon as we receive notification the original board is on its way back to us.
